Name your courseroom.
The house takes it from there.
Less often than students hope. They are timed, drawn from a pool so that no two attempts look alike, and written so that looking something up costs more minutes than the clock allows. The preparation that works is the same as for a closed sitting: know where the material lives, know the reasoning behind it, and use the book to confirm an answer rather than to find one.
Two is already a full working week. Three is a decision to make with your eyes open rather than optimistically, because eight-week courses have no quiet weeks in which an extra assignment can be absorbed. When an enquiry describes a load the house does not believe can be carried well, it says so and proposes which single course to hand across instead of accepting all of them.
In three or four places at once: the school's clinical office, the site's own onboarding requirements, a preceptor who answers email at unpredictable hours, and a log kept in whatever format your program dictates. None of it shows on the course calendar and all of it has dates. A placement engagement exists largely to hold those together and to chase whatever has gone quiet.
Chasing first, politely and in writing, since a preceptor who has gone silent is usually busy rather than unwilling and a short message naming the form and the date often retrieves it. If that fails, the clinical office is told early instead of at the deadline, and a reserve site is worth identifying before you need one. Both are part of a placement engagement.
No. It is an independent house, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Herzing University, and it holds no clinical affiliation agreement with the school. Placements are arranged directly with sites and preceptors, and each one still has to be approved by your program before it counts for anything. Nobody here can grant that approval or hurry it by implying a connection that does not exist.
